Warehouse Agent
- Load and unload cargo from pallets, containers, and semitrucks
- Build up outbound flight cargo and break down imports
- Verify piece counts, weights, dimensions, and documentation
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as assigned
- Monitor and report security breaches or suspicious activity
Cargo Office Agent
- Perform computer data entry and prepare all flight documents
- Handle import and export documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Interface with U.S. Customs
- Retrieve import and deliver export documents
- Accept and distribute cargo per air carrier regulations

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to work in a high-noise environment and wear safety-toe shoes
- Cargo Agent preferred: Basic PC skills and ability to handle a fast-paced shift
