Weekly Settlements

  • Paid 68% of load revenue
  • Paid 75% of load revenue if you provide your own trailer or lease one of ours
  • Paid 100% of accessorials
  • Paid orientation with a private hotel room

Paid Flatbed Training

Shelton Trucking offers paid flatbed training for drivers with 1 year of Class A experience.

Lease Purchase

Starting on day one, our drivers are eligible for our zero-down lease purchase option with no credit check.

  • Choose from a range of truck terms spanning one to three years
  • 2016-2019 Freightliner Cascadia trucks available
  • Trailer lease purchase program
  • Escrow / maintenance account

Owner Operators

  • IFTA Permit and SSR Permit
  • 2019-2022 Freightliner, Kenworth, International & Volvos
