Delivery Driver, No CDL Required, Starting Pay $20 per hour

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus paid at 30, 60, and 90 days. Full-time route driver position with union benefits including medical, dental, and pension. Daily start times from 5-6am. Opportunity for overtime and monthly incentive bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Deliver product to convenience store accounts along an established route
• Inspect your truck daily: fluid levels, tire pressure, and general condition
• Unload deliveries and maintain a consistent schedule
• Resolve or escalate customer concerns professionally
• Complete preventive maintenance checks and report any needed repairs

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid, clean driver's license
• 1 to 2 years of delivery experience
• DOT medical card required within 7 days of hire if not already in possession of one
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use GPS or read maps
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be in good standing
